SAS Environmental Services supplies unique microemulsion SAS PitClean products for oil based and synthetic based mud cleaning from pits, tanks, supply vessels and trucks. The unique ability of our microemulsion chemistry has reduced slops waste from pit cleaning work by 80% or more consistently for 18 years. Furthermore, our SAS PitClean 102C product is CEFAS Gold Certified.
The magic of microemulsion
Our microemulsion chemistry allows for quick and easy separation of solids and this means the same clean wash pill can be re-used many times over. Even caked mud is quickly broken up and liquified which makes pumping easier and prevents blockages of pumps, sumps and lines.
In general use of SAS PitClean products reduces chemical usage by 2/3 compared to competing, standard detergents.
